YES-EU operates through a distributed leadership model combining Swiss-based group leadership with strong national CEOs across Europe. Group leadership defines strategy, governance and compliance standards, while national CEOs are responsible for local operations, regulatory compliance and customer relationships within their respective markets. This structure promotes accountability, transparency and close alignment with customers and local stakeholders.

    Mattias Lundgren is Chief Executive Officer of YES-EU Sweden. Mattias is driven by curiosity, continuous learning and a passion for building and improving businesses together with others. With more than 25 years of international experience in the automotive and mobility industries, Mattias has held senior leadership positions spanning product development, commercial operations and general management, giving him a broad perspective on building and growing businesses. At YES-EU Sweden, Mattias is focused on securing the existing foundation, expanding the company's offering, strengthening partnerships and realizing the full potential of the business opportunities across the Swedish market. Outside work, Mattias enjoys spending time with his family, running and travelling. Curiosity is part of who he is, both professionally and personally.

    Bart Jans is Chief Executive Officer of YES-EU Belgium since 1 September 2025. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the commercial vehicle and mobility industry, he has built a strong track record in business development, strategic leadership and international partnerships.

    Before joining YES-EU, Bart spent over 14 years within the TRATON Group, where he held senior leadership positions at MAN Truck & Bus and Scania Benelux. During his time at MAN, he was appointed to the company's Senior Management Circle.

    At YES-EU, he is focused on accelerating sustainable mobility through innovation, customer partnerships and operational excellence. Outside of work, Bart enjoys playing tennis and supporting his daughters in their sporting ambitions.

    Fabrizio Simoni is an executive with more than 20 years of international experience driving growth and transformation in the automotive, sustainable mobility and industrial sectors.

    He has held CEO, Managing Director and COO roles at YES-EU, Quantron, Qooder and the Fiat Chrysler Automobile Group, specialising in P&L leadership, industrial strategy and global expansion.

    Fabrizio holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and brings a dynamic leadership style shaped by 30 years in competitive sports.

    Jesper Larsen is CEO of YES-EU Denmark and an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in business development, sales, leadership and entrepreneurship.

    Throughout his career, Jesper has focused on developing businesses, building strong customer relationships and turning commercial opportunities into long-term partnerships. His approach combines strategic business development with a hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on execution and results.

    The bus industry has been part of Jesper's life from an early age. With both his mother and father having careers in the industry, he often describes himself as almost being born into the bus business. Today, he combines this lifelong connection with his commercial experience to drive the development of YES-EU Denmark and strengthen the company's position within electric mobility, after-sales services and sustainable transport solutions.

    Jesper is passionate about developing people, partnerships and new business opportunities. Outside of work, he practices martial arts – a passion that reflects the discipline, focus and determination he brings to both leadership and business.

    Mikko Kytölä is the CEO of YES-EU Finland, having led and developed the company's Finnish operations since their establishment over six years ago. He has extensive experience in leading growth and developing businesses in the transport and E-Mobility sectors.

    In his current role, he is focused on driving YES-EU's continued growth in Finland, expanding its offering and strengthening the company's position as a provider of electric commercial vehicles and E-Mobility solutions.

    Mikko is a results-driven leader with a passion for building successful and sustainable businesses and accelerating the transition to electric mobility.

    Pierre Savoy is CEO of YES-EU Switzerland AG. He has more than 30 years of experience in solution- and service-oriented environments, including over 20 years in senior and executive leadership roles. His career includes positions at ABB, Contraves, Siemens, ISS, Swissgrid and SPIE Switzerland.

    Throughout his career, Pierre has held roles in both regional companies and international headquarters functions. He has worked in Switzerland and worldwide, giving him a broad understanding of local markets, international organisations and multicultural collaboration.

    His passion lies in people, teams and business development, particularly in multicultural, technology-driven and internationally oriented organisations. At YES-EU, he focuses on developing the European business for integrated energy-transition solutions across E-Buses, E-Trucks, charging infrastructure, battery energy storage and battery services.

    Jón Geir Sigurbjörnsson is CEO of YES-EU Iceland. With an industrial engineering background and almost two decades in the food-processing and automation industry, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Multivac Iceland and previously in leadership roles at Marel, he has spent his career bridging technology, operations and customer relationships. At YES-EU, he is focused on establishing sustainable electric mobility and energy solutions in the Icelandic market. Away from work, he spends his time with his family and horses.

01 · Purpose & scope

The YES-EU Code of Conduct and supporting compliance policies set out the ethical, environmental and social standards that YES-EU Group expects from its employees, partners, suppliers and contractors in the development, operation and supply of electric mobility solutions, charging infrastructure, renewable energy solutions and battery energy storage systems (BESS). These standards cover business ethics and compliance, human rights, environmental responsibility, supply chain due diligence, health and safety, community engagement, and data governance.
